Beautiful website. We ordered a pair of women's shoes for my wife. Upon receipt we found the sizes to be much too small. Berrylook offered replacements for an additional charge. We would not pay more for their error so Berrylook provided a return address. We erred in returning the shoes as we were not covered for any shipping charges.
If you choose to buy anything from Berrylook be sure you want the item(s) as their reuurn policy is poor.
