Parcel never arrived, they kept my money anyway I don't usually post negative feedback but this 'company' really deserved it. I ordered a hoodie on 29th February and a few hours they confirmed my order, I have received a note that I have unpaid orders and I need to pay them immediately. I contacted them to ask what this is about and they assured me that the order is paid (the money was in fact taken off my account anyway) and all is well. As it was before the lockdown, the delivery address was my work. As everything was manic everywhere, I waited patiently and only asked them on 27th March for information about my item. They assured that all is well and the parcel is coming. They gave me a Tracking No. which was not working. Waiting again. On 1st May, they informed me that my parcel has been delivered at 7.26pm which was obviously a lie as every post gets registered in the postal book of my company. I flagged this to them when they told me that it is with my local post office or my neighbours. I informed them that it is not possible as it is an office area, no residential properties around, the parcels get registered due to strict rules and the local post office is closed due to the Covid-19 situation and even if it was open, they close at 4.30pm and there is no drop-box to leave the parcel. Tens of back and forth emails when finally on 12th May one of their colleagues (Meralyn) confirmed that the parcel has been turned back from customs, never reached the address and in fact it is back in their warehouse safe and sound and should I like a voucher or a full refund. At this point, I just wanted to be over this and asked for a full refund. As a reply to my refund email, I had another email (of course, all emails came from different people) stating that the parcel has been delivered.... Back and forth emails again, seemed like automated replies as no matter what evidence I provided from the chain of previous emails, always the same reply. The last one was three days ago when I told them to keep my money and my item as well and rest assured, I will give feedback re this whole misery. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM. Unless, you have money to throw out of the window and the patience of replying to emails sent by robots. Take care.
