The same story with me, products were very poor quality and nothing fit properly. I have been in regular contact with them, I returned the goods to China (note that they do not accept certain carriers) and received my refund. The whole process took 2 months and I am out of pocket here due to the shipping costs but feel satisfied that Berrylook did not receive a penny from me!
