This is my third Bertie and Jack picture. Great range of different backgrounds on the website and very happy with the finished products. I saw the note on the website about the frames now being different and was subsequently provided with two new frames for my older purchases for £10 so that I could line them up. I think the service is very good and I loved the spotty box my picture came in!
