Fell in love the moment I laid eyes on the stall in Bath. As I was on holidays at the time I couldn't buy then and there but ordered online as soon as I could. The site was pretty to look at and easy to use and my framed cut out arrived within days of ordering. My only 2 "complaints" are that the site only has prices in pounds (would love to see an option for shopping in Euro please!) and when selecting a cut out please tell us what swatch is used in the example picture. Other than that I LOVE Bertie & Jack and will definitely be ordering more in the future!
