Super fast delivery on special request.. great quality and such a lovely gift to give. my only suggestion would be if you could pre-select the shape of the gift tag that would be nice, and also with the map, if there was an option to zoom in closer to a town - I would have loved that as opposed to just the county's. nonetheless, very happy with my gift and will be using again as often as I can!
