Bought two cushions and a small print of a stag. All arrived in great time. As always, everything was well packaged and everything was good quality. Had an issue with the colour of frame( wrong colour sent). I contacted the company who immediately sorted this out and sent a replacement which arrived in a couple of days. Excellent customer service. Love their stuff. Just wish they would add more lines as I have bought most of the ones I like over the years. Beautiful personalised presents which I highly recommend !!
