Had a boiler service plan with them which I forgot to arrange the service last year but they were happy to take the monthly payment but don't proactively remind you that your service is overdue. When I contacted them they said my contract cost was increased from 1st May which they informed me via email in February but I didn't receive or respond to. Legally they can and did implement after the 30 day cooling off period. I've cancelled my account after paying a £30 cancellation charge... I won't be using these people again.
