After a year Had not contact with regard to boiler service. When I made contact , I was told my policy had been cancelled. Then they decided they could not find my policy. When we did get to the stage of arranging the service of my boiler , I was shocked to find there was a charge on top of our monthly fee.
I was informed that the policy had been change and I had been notified by email. I have no record of such an email. in general not what I was told I would be getting when I signed up to this service . In general I feel I have been mislead.
