Equipment (large rotavator) was excellent, clean, easy to use and very effective. I thought my booking for one day would be early morning to late afternoon (as per invoice) but the machine arrived at lunchtime and I was told rental was 24 hours from delivery. This was no problem for me as I was free the next morning, but I can see this being a major issue for someone who has taken just one day off work. This should be made clearer in the ordering process. Having said that, the delivery and collection was efficient, albeit the driver had no clue how to operate the machine…good job it was straightforward.
