I hired a carpet cleaner for same day drop off a.m and same day pick p.m.
The cleaner was dropped off at 11.50 so barely made the a.m slot and then not collected until Monday lunch time, so I spent my weekend waiting for it to be picked up!
I did call several times and i was told it would be collected but they never arrived to collect it.
