We hired out a carpet cleaner for the day, which went really well and was a good price. It was easy to use and not too heavy. The booking process was a bit long winded as we rang and booked over the phone, when the actual venue was close by where we live. Once in the phone booking system, which is somewhere like Manchester, you can't just drop in and book at the counter, so it took quite some time setting up an account, prepaying etc. Best to open an account at the local centre directly if possible. Would have been much quicker. Will know next time. Our need was very last minute, otherwise we could have planned better, but at least we were able to get one on the day, when we needed it. The staff were really helpful too.
