I ordered two items for Christmas right after Thanksgiving. I received no confirmation of order, nothing. A week later I went to dispute the charge. On December 15 one of the two items arrived. Today, over one month later, I still do not have a the second item. I have decided to pay for the second item as I received notification to pay. Here is the problem. You can’t speak to anyone here. The customer service is awful. Rather than have any more problems or dealings with this company, I will pay for an item I didn’t receive for a Christmas gift. I even provided proof where I didn’t receive one of the gifts. It would be nice if this company had a customer service policy where they actually care and respond to clients.
