Purchased tickets at a set price in April of 2021 and then after paying that price was contacted at a later date stating those particular tickets were no longer available and that we needed to pay an additional amount. We did so and then due to covid we were not able to make the trip to Hawaii. We contacted Best Airfares and they stated we needed to pay an additional $100 per ticket to cancel (which we purchased 9) so a total of $900 additionally and that they would refund a portion of our money and we would then have a credit for flights at a later time that had to be used within 24 months. I called for use of said credit in Feb 2023 and they stated I only had one year to use it, which is totally incorrect as I write everything down and I have notes on all conversations. This company is a scam!
