Worse experience ever. This is the worse scam ever. You book a flight, someone different calls you back and say you have a restricted ticket and cannot bring any luggage or check bag. If so it would be and extra 300 per person and then another fee to change the reservation. When explained everything they got rude and said it would be 400 per person to cancel...
When called the airline we didn't have a seat booked with them.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
