this company is not good at all. i kept getting calls from them and when i didn't answer the call i was emailed. i was told by Aaron Woods in the email and i quote if i don't call back it would be a voluntary cancellation on our end and we will be charged a cancellation penalty. Aaron informed me when i did speak with him that i would not be able to bring luggage because i did not buy the flexible tickets. he went on to say it was a recorder line. i told Aaron i didn't care about that. Aaron said for $43.00 dollars i could go ahead and change it to flexible. i did agree i was tired of being called over and over. Aaron sent me an email to consent to for the charge i had to agree to it. i did when i looked up my charge on my credit card it was $73.00 dollars. i will never use Best Airfares again and use Frontier Airlines do to all the issues. If i could leave no stares i would.
