Total bait & switch….”booked at $140.10” got a call “did you know no carryon/or purse,…then you can’t cancel but a full fare ticket is aval. For a $150.00 upgrade to $290.00….no ticket was purchased from airline! Cc card was canceled……person I called barely spoken english..manager was as bad…..
