Two days ago I was buying tickets on line; I decided to buy 4 tickets from”BESTAIRFARE”. After I did it, an e-mail was received stating that the booking was pending. Two days later I called to find out the status. An Indian guy with pretty bad English told me that the tickets were not available; I could hear the sound of the keyboard while he was trying to find tickets, very expensive by the way, departing from other airport, which is two hours away from me. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL AIR TICKETS. They are DISHONEST and BIG LIERS. I stopped searching for tickets thinking that the purchase I did was final. They need to let people know that prior booking. WORST COMPANY to buy Air Tickets.
