Booked 2 tickets in Dec24,2024. Showed e-ticket will be sent upon confirmed with the airline. Contacted the agent on 01/11/25 and 01/18/25 and asked for the e-tickets. Bestairfares responded that I will received on 01/20/25. Today 01/22/25, no e-tickets received.
