I made a mistake and bought £700 of Karndean Korlok, that would not fit over a concrete floor, with bitumen residue, without damp proofing and screed. The night before the delivery I phoned BAF and asked if it would be possible to postpone the order until I managed to find a tradesman to make good. BAF said no worries and then offered a full refund as this was a stock item. Amazing. I would recommend.
