They created a new offering and got it up on the site after customer request, and they actively sought my feedback on the new product. They shipped the same day as my order, and their shipping is always priority, and free over $75. They included moisture packs to ensure thigns stayed right during transit. They are not a 'budget' retailer, but they have enough incentives and coupons available to compete well and offer some really good value. I will be shopping here in the future.
