Terrible experience! I ordered a dress on August 5th, returned it, and the company confirmed on August 26th that they had received my return. They said I'll get a refund within 7 business days. After 8 business days, I emailed them, and they replied saying they had a lot of returns and it would take up to 5 more business days. Today it has been 19 business days in total, and I still haven’t received my money back. I wrote to them again, and now they are telling me that they are sorry that my parcel never arrived to me. Excuse me??? They either pretend not to understand English or I don't know. I will keep insisting, but this completely unprofessional, dishonest and incredibly frustating that I have to send email after email and beg for them to give my money back. Definitely the last time I buy from this website.
