This is my 4th review on here relating to a very poor quality surface in kitchen - lots of chips on it (b41332). Each time, I am told someone will contact me shortly and guess what no one has contacted me.
I do appreciate Lesley (customer services) the work you are doing but if no one calls me this reflects badly on you. If you are going to tell me that someone is going to contact me please check they have/ensure they do. I await a call.
