Our first experience with Betta Living and I'm pleased to report a positive one all round. We chose to replace some old fitted wardrobes with something more space efficient - Betta were best of those we spoke with regarding price, and I am very pleased to say that the wardrobes have lived up to our (high) expectations. Two things worth noting - the first is that the pricing breakdown (cash buyers here) was the most convoluted I have ever experienced (involving approximately 5 different payments across a period of weeks), and something that should really be worked on by their commerical team. The second is a huge thank you to our fitter 'Mark' who arrived on time, and worked tirelessly all day to build our wardrobes; his attention to detail and quality focus was great, the result of which is a very nice addition to our bedroom. The customer services team were always polite and helpful too. Would I use Betta Living again? Absolutely - but simplifying their approach to pricing and payment should be top of the 'to do' list!
