From customer service to fitting was very good. The only issue we had was over a pull out larder. we ordered a pull out and it was on our paperwork, however a fixed shelve unit was delivered and fitted. My wife who is the most gentle person queried it with a senior member of you team and he was rude to her and it has spoilt it. He took no responsibility, telling my wife that he works from his paperwork "talk to the designer about it and tell him to send me an email"; hardly professional The issue has been resolved although the job is not yet complete, plinth and larder unit to be fitted
