I contacted betta living for a kitchen brochure and ticked the box on thier website to say I did not want a call about design service.
the brochure arrived around the same day as my father had heart attack and so when they called me a few days later I asked them not to call as I wanted to keep the line free for the hospital which they agreed.
in the days that followed they rang every day and one day received 10 phone calls which borders on harassment.
not an ethical company.
