B74764 - mix up over installation dates but fortunately it was resolved the same day and Mel the fitter was sent to do the installation. Mel was excellent - professional, helpful, polite and courteous. He completed both installations and still within the scheduled time. I'm delighted with both bedrooms, my young son absolutely loves his new cabin bed.
