Ref: Job No.B77460 Even though I had bitter experiences from your sales staff,and fitters were excellent. Some staff were very excellent such as Luise,Karen and Lorraine Boyle. The fitters did their job very neatly,systematically and efficiently.They are very polite. The fitters were Mr Paul Owens and Mr John Moorhouse. After finishing the work they cleaned the room and did not keep any leftover pieces or any thing in the room I can gladly recommed the fitters to any body. Your sales person was following bit pressurised selling tactics. The Suirveyor was efficient and polite but it would be helpful to mark where the units will be fitted as customers are not able to read drawings. The delivery staff were very good..as well.
