The sales and design process were straightforward and well managed. The kitchen fitting went without a hitch and well within the timescales however an interior cupboard part was damaged and it took almost 3 months to get a replacement. The part arrived and I couldn't get in touch with the fitters and my emails to Betta Living were not answered. I ended up having to pay a joiner to fit the part. On the whole I would recommend Betta Living but their after sales service could do with some improvement. It's now 6 months since I had the kitchen fitted and I still haven't had anyone out to sign the work off.
