We had 5 quotes for our kitchen, the Betta Living sales person arrived complete with sales kit, sales patter and swagger. He designed the kitchen more to his liking than ours, showed us the 3d cad drawing on his lap top and it looked great for him but not us. Then we sat and worked out the cost, at some point after pressing many keys on his calculator he actually wrote £40,000 on his pad ?????, then he deducted the FREE appliances (not Neff) and took off the 60% special offer even deducted £10,000 for a managers special and we ended up with £16,000 yippee it’s a bargain, NOT. This equated to our second highest quote and the highest quote did have Neff appliances. Betta Living were also able to fit in the shortest lead time about 3 to 4 weeks, I wonder why???? This company Betta Living are a joke, having read the reviews which are the most negative views I have ever read about any product or service I don’t understand how they continue trading. Betta Living could do with a Betta Image.
