My kitchen so far has taken over three weeks after being told by the sales man it would take five days. Every thing that should have happened went totally wrong. I have to say the cost was a great deal of money paying a lot up front, thinking that you only get what you pay for.... Wrong....when the kitchen was ripped out I was left with no fresh water tap, when I complained they fixed taps the next evening and I was told it was a good will gesture.
Had the walls plastered after the units were removed thinking it would help, no a total waste of money, the walls were chiseled for electric cables. Now the surveyor should have known this because he was at my house from 3pm to 10pm sorting things out. So, then I had to pay again for re plastering. Ordered
Onyx work tops that take a while to make, they arrived, wrong size. Lost my freezer full of food as electics were switched off. I spoke to the Installation manager and he said he would reimburse me for the lost food.
