Arranged a design visit, the day before the visit a person called Sherif called to confirm the appointment. I when I told him my father was going to be there instead of me, he gave me 50 reasons why they can not come out. He said we need to meet the owner, I said he is the owner. He then said we need to meet with someone who knows what they want in the design, I said he fully knows what is happening. Ended up canceling the appointment as he clearly wasn't bothered about helping or coming out to the design visit!
