Absolutely shocking aftercare! Ordered a Lisbon bath 15 months ago and the paint on the plug has started to come away showing the metal plate underneath. Contacted customer services as this bath has a 5 year warrentee, which you would think would bring peace of mind. Unfortunately they would not take any ownership of the fault, stating that the bubbled paint on the plug is damage on my part and not a fault. How I could cause this damage, I do not know! Once the bubbles start, they eventually peal off showing the metal underneath. Better Bathrooms informed me that I would need to make a £25 payment for a replacement plug! After 4 rounds of 30 minute calls to the customer services, which is chargeable and staff hard to understand it is still not resolved. I’m now having to take this to the financial orbusman for an outcome. Sales team fantastic when getting the sale, after sales just terrible! I would think twice about buying from this company based on this alone!
