Bought a counter top sink unit from here and after just over 1 year the surface of part of the unit started to crack and bubble. The unit is in a guest bathroom so not used regularly. I was told that although the unit was under warranty, it was not covered for water ingress, this despite it being promoted as a counter sink unit, used irregularly and clearly had a fault with the surface covering. Customer services were not bothered that they were advertising this as a sink unit and refused to replace. My advice is not to purchase anything from this company as once you have purchased something they are not interested in customer service and you are on your own!
