Very rude delivery guys. Chucked all the stuff at the bottom of an apartment block because ‘they don’t deliver above ground level’.
I had an injured ankle and couldn’t believe it. They left me struggling to carry it up because of their ‘insurance policy’. Complete disregard to people with any sort of disability!
