I have bought more than £5000 worth of bathroom equipment from BetterBathrooms over period of a few years - for refurbishing houses. I have always been pleased with service, and the quality was adequate - not great, but you get what you pay for. However, a batch of basin pop-up wastes went wrong - all six of them broke in the same way. I contacted BB and they said on the phone that they had had a bad batch. After a few days wait, they told me that because the items were a couple of months outside their warranty period, they would do nothing, not even offer a reduced price on replacements, let alone do the honourable thing and replace what they themselves said were faulty goods. So, beware - if you want the pleasure of having to replace basic plumbing after just two years in use, go ahead and buy from this deeply ethical (!) company. Even being a good customer will earn you no good treatment. As you might imagine, I have now taken my business elsewhere.
