Horrible experience with customer services as well as in-store. Placed over £10k order. Key things before you go ahead: 1. Once you have placed the order, you cant get refund even if you change your mind within 1 min. They simply do credit. 2. Once the order is placed, its impossible to arrange a delivery. They keep passing you on to different department. 3. They are very vague about the items they have in stock. Once you place the order, then you know some of the items are not available for another 3 to 5 weeks and you cant get refund. Would go for other options - but never BetterBathrooms again.
