We paid (£3,000) for all bathroom equipment in store and the website insists all items were next day delivery. Went home and decided to ask for a delivery date by email as our plumber is already booked and we wanted to ensure everything would be on site ready to commence work. The "customer care" agent (what a joke) was extremely rude and would not verify a delivery date. She had the attitude that Better Bathrooms were doing me the favour by agreeing to sell the items to me. There is no evidence of "Quality" in their service, in fact that quality standard seems to be totally alien to them. We await a refund and our bank will serve notice on them if a refund has not been received within a 5 working day period. In essence, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU ARE CERTAIN TO REGRET IT AND SHOULD BE PREVENTED, BY LAW, FROM TRADING.
