My first review written over a week ago hasn't appeared! No idea why.
Tiles did not arrive on the arranged day and time, impossible to get through on the phone especially to the Transport section, wasted so much time on the phone and had to pay workmen for nothing. Eventually I was told the tiles were damaged, surely it would have been courteous to phone me. I then had to wait about 3/4 days. Customer service is terrible, a pity as I like some of their products. Will not use them again.
