Very poor quality products - you get what you pay for here. Shocking toilet seats cheap flimsy plastic with plastic strip across the back - even on the more expensive toilets they offer they all had the same cheap feel. They are soft close for a reason - there is no weight in them! Will be buying elsewhere.
