After 4 years, my bathroom needs refurbishing because of the poor quality of the products. Chrome on taps is peeling. The bath taps directly under shower have eroded. Plug hole has eroded on basin. Cabinet under sink has chipped. I emailed customer service and they informed me that my products were out of warranty as I purchased them before December 2014 and I only got one year warranty. I expressed how disappointed I was with the products and that I now need to refurbish my entire bathroom, they just wished me all the best in the future. They now offer 10 years warranty on taps and 5 years on furniture. This great if you’re a plumber and can easily change taps at no extra cost. However, if you’re not, then be prepared to pay out for the products to be refitted. My fitting costs were the most expensive part of my refurbishment. In future I will invest in better quality products and take this as a learning experience.
