I ordered £527 worth of goods with them around two weeks ago and I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. The website said that the goods were in stock and would be on 3-5 day delivery. This was a lie, when I phoned them and was in a queue for 1.5 hours, they then told me it would be another 3 weeks before delivery. This was yesterday. Today it looks like they’re in administration. The phone lines are closed, stores are closed and it appears that I won’t be getting my goods nor a refund! Criminals and pure robbery. How do they get away with it? They shouldn’t have taken my money until goods were released. Absolute b*****ds!!
