My order is very small as it is a faulty part, but I ordered on 19th December and was told 4 - 6 weeks, and the money was taken out of my account on that day. after 6 weeks I tried to contact them, the recorded message said that the item was still on route but when I tried to get through to customer service I was in queue place excess 30. I eventually contacted them via online message and got a reply saying it would come on 28th February. Ha ha ha should have said 29th Feb as obviously not going to come now. Very frustrated and disapointed. Was pleased with the company 5 years ago when we got out full bathroom from them.
