Planning:- We had our own plan (plans), Matt advised on the proposed layout and provided several updated plans and costings. Ordering: Straight forward including some custom size units. Delivery:- Good communication about delivery. On time. Efficient delivery by "Better Kitchen" staff & transport. After sales:- Excellent support on extra items required during fitting the kitchen. Ordered and collected from the WsM showroom. Overall build quality:- Excellent on both fully assembled and flat pack units. Lady of the House now very HAPPY!
