If I could give less than one star I would.
Made a withdrawal on November 23, 2022 and still have not received my winnings. They told me to choose my preferred withdrawal method but there is no way to. Customer support has had me running in circles. No one monitors the email. I’ve been told the issue has been escalated but not told where or why it’s been escalated. Live chat is a waste of time. This is very very disappointing. I believe it to be a scam. Do not use betway unless you want a huge run around. Go Elsewhere if you want to see any payout.
