A female from Betway only called me the other day to discuss the reopening of my account. I then receive an email from these S.H.I.T people telling me they have set a deposit limit of £150. And that my account is now open. I deposit £100 only for these S.H.I.T people to close my account. I then receive an email me telling me I have not met the responsible gambling requirements. What the f.u.c.k is all that about? Why did they not tell me this before I deposited. I have now asked for a subject access request. I want all emails to and from, all telephone calls, and I want this information from the past 4 weeks. Fail to provide me with this information within 28 days? Then these S.H.I.T people will be hearing from the information commissioner's office. I've already emailed a claim to ecogra regarding my £100 deposit. Because I know very well that these S.H.I.T people will try and hold on to my money longer than necessary.
