These guys are thieves, depositing money with them, withdrawing any winnings is a nightmare. They give excuse after excuse why they can't pay your withdrawals. Ask for proof of ID and bank statements. Even after providing those documents they still have some silly excuse not to pay you. In the last 3 weeks I have tried contacting their customer services to no avail. That's almost 2 days of my life wasted. After leaving negative reviews on trust pilot they send me an email saying they are excluding me and closing my account. Really for trying to get what you owe me? They need to be shut down and prosecuted for fraud and scamming people. They also had the audacity to refer me to gambling anonymous!!
