They told me my funds I tried to withdraw had an error. I went in to try again and there was nothing there. I emailed multiple times. There was no response anywhere at all. I have screenshots of the money in the account and me attempting to withdraw. I eventually just figured that the email was not valid anymore. I had a significant amount of money in the account and didn’t really have any options as their number leads to no where too. I decided to cut my losses and just close the account and thought I’d check and see if they’d answer me now. Of course I emailed them to cancel my account and they responded right away saying they could do so. No response for months and then as soon as I want to cancel they respond right away. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Please do not use this app, any other app is just better all around. There’s a reason they are rated so low and not as popular as other apps.
