So I won money from Betway on 25 August 2024, tried to withdraw the money at Nedbank as it was EFT withdrawal. The money didn’t come out, contacted Betway and they told me to should contact Nedbank. I contacted Nedbank and they were able to trace the withdrawal and no withdrawal was made, they reversed the money into Betway account and Betway doesn’t want to put the money back into my Betway account so I can withdraw it.
