Hi. I owned a Betway account for a couple of years had all the necessary verification done. Overall I would have lost thousands in them couple of years but sure that's the gamble..on 31st July there I withdrew the small sum of £100 and to this day I still await it. They asked for 3 months of wageslips asked me where I worked how I funded my gambling do i receive bonuses and 3 months of bank statements.i sent it all in but they refused screenshots of my bank statements! Said they wanted pdf which I couldn't quite do. I was actually disgusted having to send in these personal bank statements as I used the same account with them from when i joined. My question is what right do they have to hold my £100? Why them? Even if I refused all the requests(which I didn't) why should they steal my money? People I am telling you all avoid these absolute gangsters at all costs. They sponsor football and horse racing for millions yet steal my money??? How is this allowed to happen? Please please do not open an account with them as their staff are also as ignorant as you will ever see...BETWAY are THIEVES. I swear to you all.
